Anyone selling a Cheap Vid Card?

I just got an Old AMD Athlon 700MHZ Comp with 512MB PC 133 RAM from my brother today. It has no Video card or HD. I believe the AGP slot is 2X.

In anycase, does anyone have a GeForce 3/4 or ATi Eqaulivent card for <40$
Or a Small HD for cheap?

I plan to use it as a small server/folding computer.
