Yesterday, I changed my password for my UA netId as specified from an e-mail UA sent out.
I am able to connect to UAWiFi, however, I am constantly (about every 5 minutes) asked to reenter my username and password. The username and password is already saved in the dialogue box that comes up, but I believe the saved password is my old one because it is significantly shorter than my new password.
What should I do so that I don't have to constantly reenter this information in?
Thanks.

Follow the 8 steps in our Changing Your UAWiFi Password (http://downloads.oscr.arizona.edu/wireless/changingYourPassword.pdf) document. Note, the link is to a PDF file.

Would this be the same command for vista? I entered what you indicated and it gave me:
ERROR: The system was unable to find the specified registry key or value

You shouldn't need to enter this command in Vista. It should automatically prompt you for the new password.

Silly Rich... This is the problem she's having in the first place. The prompting won't stop!
Andrea - Try this:
There should be a small, two computers icon in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. This is the icon that manages your internet connections, and you've probably seen change as you connect and disconnect from the internet. Right click this and select "Network and Sharing Center". When the new window opens up, there will be a list of links on the left side of the window. Click the one that says "Manage Wireless Networks". The screen should change to list all the wireless networks on your computer. Find the one for UAWiFi and delete/remove it from the list. Close the window and try to connect to UAWiFi again. It will prompt you for your NetID and password again, but this should be the last time. After this, your new password should be saved in your wireless networks again.
Hope that fixes it - please let us know how it goes
