Blocked IPod V° gen. 80Gb.

my IPod of the V° generation 80 Mgb.blocks when I connect to my Mac G5 for updating which never takes place. The "Do not disconnect" warning appears on the IPod screen but the Icon no longer appears on my computer screen neither in iTunes, nor is active the synchronization command in the iTunes Archive.
Moreover, the "Do not disconnect" sign persists even after disconnecting from the computer, and the IPod can't switch off nor be used until the battery discharges. I can't imagine what is wrong. Please I need a help.

At times my iPod will freeze up, and a reset will allow it to show up to my computer again. From there, I can normally do a restore.

I've succeeded in unblocking it but it doesn't still show up on the computer and goes again on block as soon as I connect it to the computer.
What's all this code about, I'm sorry I don't know what it means and I've to confess I'm still in search of my rights, so help me out.
