VPN Configuration for Mac OSX 10.5 Leopard

I was reading an article at Macworld (link below) that states Leopard has an improved built in VPN support for Cisco. Using Tiger I had posted if the build in VPN functionality could be used for connecting to the UA's Cisco VPN, and was told no. Now it appears this can be possible, but I have no idea how to set it up. For those of you using Leopard, go under Network and click the add (plus) button and try adding a VPN. If you get the correct settings down can you please share them?

Still doesn't do tunneling or group auth (at least as far as I can tell), so I don't think it'll work with U of A's VPN.

EDIT: That shimo program actually looks pretty good - may have to try it.
