Hello. I have registered my NetID for UAWiFi, followed all the directions under the XP Zero Configuration Guide yet the window that asks for credentials (Enter Credentials window) nor the window from the taskbar containing the script "Click here to select a certificate or other credentials for connection to the network UAWiFi" does not appear.

My computer specs are as follows:
Dell Inspiron 1200 using an external 802.11g Wireless Cardbus PC Card 32-bit by AirLink 101 (AWLC3025)

As far as I know, all my drivers are up to date and that UAWiFi is first priority on the list of Preferred Networks. I would definitely appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thanks very much for your time.

Additionally, instead of the "Click here to select a certificate or other credentials for connection to the network UAWiFi" that should appear from the taskbar, I get the following window script:

Unable to connect to preferred wireless network

Windows could not connect to any of your preferred wireless networks. Windows will keep trying to connect. To see a list of all networks, including others you can connect to, click this message

When I do choose UAPublic, my computer immediately gets connected to it.

I suggest making an appointment with the OSCR Underground help desk at 626-8324. Hopefully they can solve the problem.

After a quick search I found that the card listed WPA support, but it did not specify which kind. After a quick call to their Airlinks tech support they informed me that it is WPA personal only. So I am sorry to inform you that this wireless card will not work on UAWiFi as it requires WPA enterprise.
