I just registered my MAC address for access tot he UAWiFi about an hour ago. How do I know when my MAC address is accepted? Every time I try to get onto the UAWiFi I am asked for a Passphrase and WEP Key... once my MAC address goes through, will these automatically be filled in for me or will I receive an email saying what to input for these? Thanks for your help!

Have you followed this walkthrough?
Assuming that you are using Windows XP...

If you are still asked for a WEP passcode, you need to update your wireless drivers. You should be able to find the driver that you need at you computer manufacturers website. If you are still having trouble after you have updated your driver, or you need help getting the correct driver for your card, feel free to come down to the OSCR Underground on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am - 7pm for a walk-in, or you can set up an appointment on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday by calling the front desk at (520) 626-8324. One of the Tech Leads here can help you out.

UAWiFi doesn't use WEP. The fact that it prompts you for the WEP key makes me think it is misconfigured. Older laptops don't have WPA and might revert to WEP (which won't work).
