Hi,

I'm on a MacBook Pro, running OSX 10.4.10 with all the latest updates from Apple, and I have not been able to connect to the UAWifi network at all this year. I get this message a lot:

WPA Authentication failed.
There was an error trying to get
authentication status: 2.

And sometimes, I do manage to connect to the network, but no internet. When I run Network Diagnostics, I get green lights on everything but 'Network Settings', 'Server', and 'Internet'. I can connect to UAPublic just fine, but I want UAWifi because I can't use my Apple Mail client or iChat.

I'm not sure what to do here, any suggestions? Thank you.

If you've already registered your NetID at https://netid.ccit.arizona.edu/wireless_reg.php, and followed our Mac setup guide at http://downloads.oscr.arizona.edu/wireless/macsetup.pdf
you should probably make an appointment with OSCR Underground Helpdesk (http://www.oscr.arizona.edu/underground). (520) 621-OSCR (6727)
