Hello. I've gone through the process for gaining access to the UAWifi wireless network. When all is said an done, the wireless cards attempts to connect and states that it is unable to locate certificate and will not let me connect. Do I need to install the necessary certificate on my computer or is this something it should pull up automatically. Also, I just registered my NetID for use with UAWifi today, will that make a difference? Is there a lag between registation and being able to access the network? Thanks in advance for any help you may provide.

Generally that error means that you didn't select the Equifax Security Certificate. Were you using our guide to help you setup UAWiFi?
There is also no lag time between WiFi Registration and being able to login

Thanks for the quick reply. I did select the Equifax Secure Certificate. I used the setup guide to set up the connection on my personal computer, and it works fine. However, I'm attempting to get the connection to work for my colleague's laptop. We've tried adding UAWifi, using the guide, 3x now to ensure we didn't accidentally skip a step. It still states that it cannot find the certificate. Thanks again.

It should be there - try exporting the certificate from your computer and importing it into the certificate manager on his machine.

Find a friend with XP and just copy their certificate onto your machine. Replace your existing one -- might have gotten corrupted.
