I've been connecting to UAWiFi on my laptop with absolutely no trouble all semester. It's a Inspirion 2200 using the internal 1370 WLAN mini-PCI card. Today I was prompted that windows was unable to authenticate using the credentials I had provided (The NetID). I re-registered my NetID at https://netid.arizona.edu/wireless_reg.php and that fixed the problem initially. About ten minutes later I was logged off the network and now I'm having the same issue again. What should I do next?

They have been doing a lot of work with UAWiFi that has been causing droping of people on the network. You can try deleting your settings for UAWiFi and redoing them but for the most part the reason you are being dropped if probably do to the work they are doing on UAWiFi. If you want you can also bring your computer down to OSCR Underground and we can look at it to see if there could be anything on your end that would be the problem.

Cool, thank you. I'll try clearing everything out and logging back in later on. If I keep having problems than I'll come by for a visit.
