Adobe Audition 1.5 Help

Sorry I didn't make an accout,
I've been up for the past five hours trying to figure out how to monitor a live input feed.

What's going on is my friend is playing his guitar which is hooked up to an amp that is mic'd into my mixer. The mixer goes in my computer and I want to be wearing headphones and mixing it while he plays.

It will record and then play back when he's done.

How do i get it to play through my head phones at the same time he does?

... the easiest way around this issue is to upgrade to audition 2.0

Of course you could go about with reconfiguring your hardware, or setting up secondary apps. for live feedback... It's not worth the trouble to stay with 1.5.
