As everyone has come to realize, Vista does not work with UAWiFi. It does, however, work on UAPublic. The problem with this, of course, is that UAPublic is port limited, it doesn't allow many popular services to run - ie AIM or SSH.
To make matters worse, the VPN client provided on the sitelicense.arizona.edu site did not install in Vista.
Paul Tate of SIRT was kind enough to get the sitelicense folks to put up the new and improved VPN client, version , which can be obtained here: https://sitelicense.arizona.edu/vpn/
While 4.8.10 is the one advertised on the front page when you first get in, you can get the beta client 5.0.00.0320 when you click on the windows page.
Thanks Paul!
