Pop Up Menus and Rollover Effects

I have designed my site in Imageready with all the pretty rollover effects.
Looks awesome in Dreamweaver. But when I try to add a pop up menu to one of the buttons, I lose all the rollover effects, FOR THE WHOLE SITE!
Help?

It sounds like dreamweaver is changing the CSS in some devastating way. Try comparing the CSS files from before and after.
