Difficulty connecting?

I'm unable to access sites out of the UA network.

I'm getting the following error when trying to access any other sites.. Google, cnn, etc.

"Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at 150.135.130.58:8008."

oh, and this is from one of the Residence Halls.

There were problems with the Sophos Server, but it should be fixed now. Try rebooting your computer, and if that doesn't work, we have mobile help desk today until 8 PM tonight in Kaibab-Huachuca, and just bring in your computer and we'll take a look at it.

Do you use sophos?

There was a hiccup with PolicyKey today. It is being handled -- you should have access again.

The Sophos update server was also hiccuping a bit, but it is being examined as we speak.
