Everytime I try to access the internet, it tells me to download the Policy Key. I do that, but when I try to access the internet again, it says the same thing. The error message I'm getting is PK#001. I have set Impulse as an exception to Window's firewall and updated everything I can think of, but still nothing. I went to OSCR yesterday and a guy there worked with my laptop and was able to fix the problem...or so I thought. He told me the problem was that I had some Policy Keys that were partially downloaded or something like that and that I needed to clear them and use the newer version. So I went home and everything was working fine up till a few hours ago. I just don't know what the deal is and I really need to access the internet. Plus it's the weekend. Please help!

This is a recurring problem. It's not your fault, and it's doubtful that there's something wrong with your computer.

Be patient and call OSCR Underground at 626-8324 on Monday after 8am for help.

PolicyKey is only needed in the dorms -- if you take your computer to the ILC, union, etc., it will work just fine.

Is there a number I can call or someone I could go see during the weekend?

We have the Mobile Help Desk on Sunday from 2-6pm in Yavapai's lobby. Take the device + power cord there, they should be able to get it configured.
