is all of your sound broken, or just for TeamSpeak? have you tried system restore? Also, have you tried setting your means of input/output to direct sound? i was having problems in TS where i could barely hear people, and i changed from .wav to direct sound, and it worked.

Is there a reason you have multiple sound cards installed? I would disable the one you don't use (if the soundmax is an onboard card you can probably disable it in the BIOS settings).
