I keep getting prompted to download Impulse and install PolicyKey. I've downloaded Impulse and supposedly installed PolicyKey several times, but it isn't working.

I checked my firewall, but PolicyKey wasn't an option that I could add to the list of exceptions. I did some checking, and it also isn't on the list of running Processes, nor did it turn up when I ran a search of my computer...

I turned everything off/unplugged everything and restarted my computer. Same results.

It sounds like policykey for some reason isn't installing, however I'm curious as to how you were able to add it to your exceptions list on your firewall if you can't find it on a search. I do know that quiet a few students have had trouble getting policykey to install correctly and get the UA Network to see that you do indeed have it installed. I'd suggest you either bring your computer down today or Thursday anytime from 9-4:30pm, or calling us at 520-626-8324 to schedule an appointment if those two days don't work for you.
