This is probably a stupid question, but for some reason I can't connect to the internet from my VPC in Parallels ONLY when I am connected to UAWiFi. It works just fine from anywhere else... including on the wireless network in the Architecture building. Is there a setting somewhere I need to change? Or am I just dumb?

I'd noticed that too, and I think it had something to do with the security on UAWifi only allowing the system that authenticated (The Mac) to work. Parallels might be allowing the Windows system to send traffic out the airport card, but the UAWifi access point sees that it doesn't match anything that has authenticated and throws it out. I think the current version of Parallels, or maybe it's the snazzy new beta, has easy support for NATing the VPC, so the traffic would be coming from the Mac as far as UAWifi knows. I believe I was doing that last week at least.
It probably counts as re-sharing UAWifi and is agains't the terms of service, but the worst case is your Windows VPC gets infected with something and they block you from the network. That is, until someone finagles a way to the VPC to authenticate and work on UAWifi

yeah - I had this problem too
but the new beta build of parallels (the download is linked from their forum) has support for "shared connection" - this one has worked for me without any problems on UAWiFi (yes I know that I am just repeating some of what Nick said)
