The updates are for the Macbook, Macbook Pro, iMac, and Mac Mini (but apparently not the Mac Pro).
The EFI Firmware Update fixes several Boot Camp, start up, and wake-from-sleep issues.
You can download the update from Apple's Support website or by doing Software Update. After installing, you have to shutdown the computer, then hold down the power button until the sleep light flashes to do the firmware update.
I updated my Macbook a couple hours ago and everything has been running fine.
