Just perused Engadget's coverage of Jobs's Keynote - http://www.engadget.com/2006/09/12/live-from-the-steve-jobs-keynote-its-showtime/

New iPod with video - 60% brighter screen, better earphones, longer battery life (6.5 hours on video playback on the bigger one, 3.5 hrs on the smaller one), gapless playback (that'll be nice - it's my favorite feature of the last release of WinAMP), games, price drop on the 30GB to $249, $349 for the 80 GB.

//As of 11:38, I've just ordered an 80GB iPod

New Nano - 2 GB, 4 GB, and 8GB, same prices as last year's models ($149-$249), mini-like colored aluminum cases on some models.

New Shuffle - aluminum, and scarily tiny - like the size of the FM-radio attachment for the bigger iPods. I'd lose that thing so quickly.

iTunes 7 is coming out too - most importantly, TV shows and Music Videos will now be available in 640x480 (as opposed to 320x240), so they'll look better. They also ripped-off (maybe licensed or bought, but I kinda doubt it) the popular OS X app Coverflow, so you can flip through your music collection by album art.

EDIT: They did buy Coverflow, afterall - http://www.steelskies.com/coverflow/

I bet any minute now he'll announce an iTMS movie store, too.

EDIT: Here we go, iTMS Movies - available the day the DVD is released, 640x480 resolution. $12.99 if you pre-order or buy during the first week, $9.99 afterwards. You can start watching the movie the minute it starts downloading, and it should take 30 minutes to download (yeah right). Four studios, all owned buy Disney, are in on this.

EDIT:
Oh, and one more thing.(TM)

iTV - coming out Q1 2007, basically Media Center Extender, done Apple-style. It's a wired or wireless box that plugs into your TV (even has HDMI out for HDTVs) and streams content from your computers.

They are there and pretty nice looking. I wish I could sell my 6 week old nano, and get one of the new ones. Anyone want a slightly used nano?

iTunes 7 is pretty cool though. The views are awesome, if you have an extensive music collection loading the album art for the new views takes a while. I hope it only has to load once

I have to say I'm most interested in the iTV gadget. Some ability to easily connect my TV and mac has been something I've been hoping for a while now. I got into home automation a while ago, so I'm hoping they will incorporate some way of adding custom applescripts to the iTV menu, allowing you to control your computer (and therefor your house) from the TV.

It sounds more like you should just buy a refurb Mac Mini (probably going to be around the same $300 price, if not cheaper) and plug that into your TV - as far as I can tell, iTV is just a glorified Frot Row box and lacks any sort of functionality outside of that. A Mini would do everything else you're talking about.

With the exception of an HDMI port... not that I have a TV to plug into that yet.

HDMI and DVI are the same cable (well, HDMI can carry audio, too, but other on the video side of things, they're the same). One of these (http://www.amazon.com/Cables-Unlimited-6-Foot-Digital-Single/dp/B0007MWE1E/sr=8-1/qid=1158365734/ref=pd_bbs_1/103-0204010-2387010?ie=UTF8&s=electronics) would be all you'd need to hook an HDMI-equipped HDTV to a computer's DVI-out.

EDIT: 300th post. Schweet.
