You will get a new battery in the mail for free! I suggest checking it out ASAP.

I think this might be a good thing to do whenever a consultant or a lead is looking over someone's Dell laptop. If you've got time, tell them about the recall. Offer to check and see if their battery is affected.

Same with the apple notebooks now.

The attachment could be printed out and left at the monitor.
