Noticing Matt's post about print servers in mac forum it reminded me I am looking for a new one. My past experiences, as well as reading some online reveiws, has proven just about all of them are horrible. Yes, I have even upgraded the firmware. Does anyone have any recommendations for one?
Requirements:
Needs to work with a HP LaserJet 1010
Preferably USB 2.0 compatable
Windows XP Computers over wired and wireless connections are on the network
Not require 3rd party bloated software to setup or install
Prefer the voltage to be 220v instead of the U.S. standard of 110v, but definately not required as I have a converter
Lastly, it needs to actually -function- and not require unplugging the power to reset it everytime I want to printThe only print server that I have found that might meet my requirements is the D-Link DI-724U; however, it is an actual wireless router which I do not need.
