Two Universal Binaries that I have been waiting for were just released:

Tech Tool Deluxe 3.1.1 updater
- The Apple diagnostic program that comes on CD when you buy Applecare has finally been updated for use with Intel Macs. You must install the PPC version from CD and run this updater.

Flip4Mac 2.1
- This free program allows WMV files to play in Quicktime player - even plugins.

* And for those who don't know, "Universal Binary" means that a program can run natively on the new Intel Processor Macs - as opposed to running a PowerPC processor only program with an emulation program called "Rosetta". So PPC programs run slowly on IntelMacs, but Universal Binaries run full speed.

Flip4Mac is pretty great - WMP for Mac kinda blew (hard), and Flip4Mac even allows you to playback/use WMV content in Apple's Front Row and Final Cut (something WMP didn't).

A beta of the Universal Binary has been around for a few weeks, and it's nice to see the final release.
