In your case, and in most cases, no. Most laptops have integrated graphics, many have the intel 915 chipset, yours has the ATI Radeon IGP 345M chipset.
There are a few notebooks, for example the Dell Inspiron 8500/8600 where you can upgrade the card, but it is a special form factor that I imagine would be nearly impossible to find. Even then, you'd need to buy it through dell for many hundereds of dollars.
