Sound card!!!

Hi there,
I recently was having trouble with the soundcard on my notebook and posted here for any ideas. It was suggested I buy a PCMCIA sound card, the Sound Blaster Audigy 2. Sounded (no pun intended :)) like a good idea, and when asked, I was told it would play through the notebook speakers. Well, as I went to go buy it, it says in fact that it will NOT play through the built in speakers. Just wanted to let everyone know before they buy it, not sure if I still want it now. Anyhow, thanks, maybe I will get it. I may just have to send it in for warranty to fix the old card...oh well, thanks again.

Ah, why not, 7.1 surround. *drool* I bought it, shall I post a review when it arrives?

I received 15 CD-Roms from HP Settlement Administration, that stated we are including 2 versions of the ValueAdd abd Support CD, one for Windows XP Home Edition, and one for Windows XP Professional Edition. Only use the version that corresponds to your version of the Windows operating system. For example, if you have the Home version if Windows XP, only use the Home Version of the ValueAdd and Support CD.
