Well, that sucks. I hope they don't close down Opera and just incorporate it all into IE 7. Or, worse yet, incorporate IE 7 features (Active X) into Opera. Well, there goes my favorite Browser. Looks like it may be back to Firefox in the next year or so.

Microsoft has not bought Opera. Opera officials stated today they have not been bought by Microsoft. Microsoft has made no announcements either. The above cooltechzone article is just pure speculation and rumor.

MS could learn a thing or two from them, I wouldn't be opposed to the purchase.
