My new laptop can browse any other webpages other than d2l. Every time I try to log in to my d2l account, I keep getting this error message. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a million.

Try to download the newest version of Java:

http://www.java.com/

What browser are you using? Technically you have to use Internet Explorer to access D2L on a Windows machine.
